Our body is our message board, and is the last to know when our mind and heart are not in harmony. “Stuck” energy makes our body ache and hurt. Raising vibrations helps us to release our blocks and allow the energy to flow freely. Being happy and joyful also helps raise our vibrations – by being relaxed, thereby reducing stress and promoting health.
